5PM: SF jello w/ 50 gms mascarpone
8:30PM: lamb shank & veggie soup (OMG it is good!)

I know what you mean about always being one bite away from a binge. I often feel that way as well.
Your dinner soup sounds delicious. I really enjoy lamb a lot.
