I am rarely hungry eating this way and it is the only way of eating that I've ever been able to stick with long term (other than the Standard American CRAP diet). I am a fan of Gary Taubes, author of Good Calories Bad Calories. What he wrote makes sense to me.

I have been exercising regularly for two years. Currently I am doing Fred Hahn's Slow Burn twice a week plus 4-5 beach walks per week and daily practice of The Five Tibetan's (yoga-based routine).
