Well, for now I’m not going to post my menus and just maintain my regular blog. I did the menus for April in order to get into the swing of following the Dr. K plan. I’ll still track my food via Fitday on a daily basis but I question the benefit of posting the specific menus on a regular basis. Tomorrow I might change my mind though!
Hi, I found your menu blog today and I could almost be your twin! I’ve been low-carbing for ages and lost 34lbs in 20 m
onths, and am getting rather desperate. For the last four months I was followint much the same nutritional breakdown as you, and I’m hungry and fed up!
Looking at Jimmy Moore’s menu blog has made me wonder about going back to more meat instead of trying to have a more mixed diet.
I just don’t know what’s right any more, but it made me feel slightly better to find someone else in a similar position.
