Food Breakdown:
7AM; Peppermint & camomile tea w/ 2 splenda tabs
8:30AM: coconut mcnugget, 1 cappuccino (1/2 cup whole milk)
10:30: Chai tea w/1 oz cream & 1 splenda tab, coconut mcnugget
1:30PM: 2 cups cabbage slaw, 2 TBSP mayo, 85gms chicken thigh
4PM: tea w/ 2 splenda tabs, 1 oz macadamia nuts, 1/2 raw red pepper
8PM: hamburger patty (4 oz), 2 cup cauliflower, 1 TBSP olive oil, salad of lettuce, tomato and Paul Newman dressing (1 oz)
